Return Policy
LAO LA accepts returns of all unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered after this time.
All parts of the item must be returned in the same original packaging it was received. To return an item, the merchandise must be shipped to the below location and must include a note with the name, date of purchase, and order number. Once merchandise is received, it will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be processed. All shipping costs will not be refunded.
